Fee Schedule for Uncontested Matters.

Denbigh Law Center is a debt relief agency.

We help people to file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.

On October 17, 2005, the new Bankruptcy Code came into effect.

One of its provisions is that all debtors receive, within 180 days prior to filing for bankruptcy protection,
and from an approved nonprofit budget and credit counseling agency,
"an individual or group briefing (including a briefing conducted by telephone or on the Internet)
that outlines the opportunities for available credit counseling."
This agency must also assist the debtor in perfoming a related budget analysis.

Our attorneys will discuss both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options with you and, if necessary, assist you in the procedures for court protection under bankruptcy law.
