The only two criteria for being listed on this page are 
(1) that the site be reasonably fully developed (i.e., more than just the partners names and areas of practice, but contains articles, useful links, and other substantive stuff); and 

(2) that the firm be located in the Hampton Roads, Virginia vicinity. 

Simple enough.

One further caveat.  The "judge" for determining whether item (1) has been met for inclusion on this page is me.  I promise not to be too discriminatory against inclusion, but somebody has got to be in charge, and I vote for me. I really am looking for web sites that are more than mere hype or are purely advertising for the firm.
