Denbigh Law Center is lucky to have a pool of very talented and dedicated people who augment the attorney staff. By order of longevity with the firm, we are pleased to present to you the following individuals:
Jeri S. Anderson. Jeri joined
Denbigh Law Center in 1987, and currently serves dual roles. Her day-to-day responsibilities
are in support of Attorney John Walsh, with a concentration in domestic
relations, personal injuries, criminal trial and litigation. Jeri is also the office
manager for Denbigh Law Center, and is charged with the administrative responsibilities
of running a very busy law office.
Kristin C.
Nealy. "Kris" serves as the primary assistant
to Attorney Roy Lasris. She has held that position since 1990. Kris currently
maintains her emphasis in bankruptcy filings/litigation, uncontested divorces and corporations.
Ann M. Doran.
Ann has been the "keeper of the books" for the office
since she joined the firm in 1990.
MeLissa L.
Stokes. MeLissa assists Attorney Roy Lasris
in his domestic relations, adoptions and general law matters. She rejoined the
firm in 2001, but has quite a few years of experience in our office in a
"prior life."
Loraine Trotter. Loraine is our receptionist and our newest member of the team, having just
joined us in July of 2002. She is charged with greeting our clients, scheduling appointments and answering our very busy phone lines. Loraine had a very interesting childhood, having
been educated in a Catholic school in India while her parents were stationed
there in the British civil service.

Jeri spent hours and hours, perhaps dozens of them, writing and editing her curriculum vitae. She dutifully sent it to this Webmaster for insertion at this point on this page. However, and it is inexplicable as to how it could have happened, because this Webmaster is always so neat, organized and attentive to the smallest detail, this Webmaster nevertheless lost the information. So in an attempt to rectify this horrible situation, your Webmaster has attempted to recreate the flowery and descriptive language of the original insertion based on his personal knowledge of this individual:

This is Kris's location
Kris is a native of Newport News and graduated from Denbigh High School. She is a proud mother of two sons, the eldest of which recently enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.
MeLissa was born and reared in Hampton. She attended Bethel High School and TNCC. A former NASA employee, MeLissa initially joined our firm in 1994.
